If this customer knows that you also own Casa Castelli, it is much more likely that they will become a repeat customer and book your Casa Castelli property. You are establishing loyalty in your client base by putting time and effort into your branding. As of now, all of the properties are branded and advertised in completely different ways.

Discovery + Consult
Our first priority is getting to know you, your brand, and your audience. We use our questionnaires to guide you, the client, through the design process to help you understand and articulate your desired style. This helps us—the designers, to produce quality content.
Design + Branding
Once we have a vision, the visual branding can begin! This stage includes creating color palettes, logos, mood boards, font packs & more. Branding sets the tone for the rest of the design process, so it’s important we make sure you feel heard and well represented during this stage!
Development and Revisions
You will receive frequent updates on progress and we make sure to constantly communicate what information we need from you as we move into the next phase. As pages are completed, you will have the opportunity to review and request any revisions. This phase can be repeated until you are happy with what has been designed and are ready to finalize the site.
Launch!
Once all reviews and revisions have been made, the website is ready for launch.
Content Creation Package
The Mullins Media team will take a trip to Tennessee and create content for the website. We will spend 3 nights and shoot for two full days. We will capture video of the owners talking about their business / brand. We will shoot photo and video of the properties. We will do drone video tours, capture spaces in 3d space (360 tour), and get images needed for the website.
Investment: $15,000
Branding Package
We will take all 4 groups of properties and rebrand them from top to bottom. We will completely redo and consolidate all of them under one larger brand. For example, you would go to whatever your vacation / rental business is and you would see all your luxury rentals from all across the state. Each group of properties would have its own unique brand but they would all use similar fonts / colors / etc. That way, there is still brand recognition but each property is also unique. We will create a brand new site using the information from the older 4 sites as well as new information. We will create five brands. Four of them will be the properties and the 5th will be the umbrella or larger brand that all the others sit under.
