Creating a website requires a significant amount of work and attention to detail.
Our packages are created with simplicity and clarity in mind. We take care of the domain name and hosting packages, so there's no need to worry about your site expiring or becoming unavailable.
However, after launch, things can get a bit confusing. Here are all the pricing details to keep your website up and going.
Hosting Options - Pick One
All websites require a host to store their data in the cloud. The hosting fee varies based on the purpose of your website. The initial package covers the first year of hosting, but after that, you will be charged monthly based on several factors.
$50/month
We offer the option of building your website and handing it over to you for maintenance. The cost for this service is only $50 per month. Alternatively, if you require our assistance on an as-needed basis, we charge an hourly rate.
$100/month
At $100 a month, you'll receive dedicated monthly attention. We check your website to ensure proper functionality and make minor updates such as photo replacement, staff addition, text changes, and more. We highly recommend this package to guarantee a smooth and uninterrupted website experience.

Search Engine Optimization - Our SEO package ensures that your website is easily discoverable on Google, allowing potential customers to find you. With weekly attention, we work towards boosting your Google rankings and provide monthly reports to help strategize the best way to move forward.
Selling Options - Pick One
We LOVE setting up e-commerce stores and helping you make more money with your business! Additionally, you can even sell your products directly through Facebook and Instagram. However, setting up an online store incurs an additional cost, which is added on top of your hosting fee.

Option One: We can set up your website to sell your services, products, or online courses for an additional $50 per month on top of your hosting fee.

For an additional $100 per month, on top of hosting, you get all the features in option one, as well as the ability to sell subscriptions and enable automatic billing. This is ideal for businesses with recurring clients that require automatic monthly billing.
Domain Names
$5/month
A domain name is distinct from hosting and refers to just the name of the website. Without hosting, a domain name is useless, similar to having an address without a house. While some clients manage their own domain name, we offer to purchase and maintain it for a fee of $5 per month.
Additional Offerings
We provide additional options to complement our website packages. The availability of these add-ons may depend on the type of custom website package you choose, and they may or may not be included in the initial year. The prices for maintaining these services will be effective one year after the launch of your website.
Custom Email Address
$15/month
We can create a custom email address for you that matches your website domain, hosted and accessed through Gmail (ie. customname@yourwebsite.com).
Members Only Area
$30/month
We have the capability to develop a restricted area on your website that provides exclusive content only to members who have paid. The content can be in the form of videos, blogs, or anything else you desire. Each member would have a unique username and password, which would be valid only during their membership.
Scheduling
$30/month
We can integrate scheduling functionality into your website using Acuity. With this feature, your clients can book appointments or services directly on your website and make online payments. Acuity also sends automatic reminder emails and texts to clients, allows you to share the calendar with your staff, offer coupon codes, and more. If you choose to use this feature, you will be charged an additional $30 per month.

Headshots
Having professional headshots is essential for any website and business. These photos are taken in our studio and only take about 30 minutes.

Highlight Video
The video production involves recording at a location you select and typically takes less than an hour to complete. Once recorded, the footage is edited into a concise two to five minute video that can be used for various purposes such as welcome videos, highlight reels, and testimonial videos.

Branding Photoshoot
This photography session is different from headshots as we integrate your business into the photos. We can shoot at a location of your choice and use props and potentially other people to tell the story of your business through pictures. These sessions typically last about an hour and produce content for your website and social media.
Updates & Edits
$55 Per hour - Billed Monthly
Once you are 100% happy with your website, we launch it (Yayyyy!!!)
The monthly billing for edits and updates after the launch of your website is $55 per hour, with a minimum of one hour.
We would be delighted to teach you how to make basic modifications to your website. We believe that the website is your property and we will not hold it hostage :)
