Adam, Charlie, and Roger are licensed and insured photographers and drone pilots who have collectively captured more than five thousand properties for realtors, homeowners, developers, and builders. They are equipped to cater to a wide range of property types, including stunning houses, vast tracts of land, commercial properties, and even quick flips. The team offers a variety of services, including aerial photos, 360 tours, still photos, video walkthrough tours, floorplans, highlight videos, and drone flythrough video tours. They are available seven days a week and have the ability to deliver photos within 24 hours. Their services cover a significant portion of central Virginia, such as Lynchburg, Forest, Bedford, Smith Mountain Lake, Moneta, Amherst, Appomatox, and surrounding areas.

We possess the ability to create a 3D model of your property with precise measurements by utilizing a 360 camera. Furthermore, we can even fly a drone inside your home to produce a drone flythrough tour. We also offer exceptional realtor walkthrough tours, and our photography is of the highest quality.

We are available to shoot any day of the week, and we can deliver the images, which will be MLS-ready, within 24 hours! Our package starts at a minimal cost of $200 only.

Wide Shots

Wide shots are the most common shots in real estate. With a super wide and distortion free lens, our photographers can show entire rooms in one frame. These shots make rooms look large and open. Wide shots are ideal for quickly getting a good feel of a house.

Detail Shots

When shooting details, our photographers use a lens that is more zoomed in, this means they are able to be more selective with what is shown. Detail shots usually appear more “artsy” than the wide shots. If you would like detail photos, let our photographers know and they will be happy to add them on to the shoot for no additional charge!

Real Estate Portfolio

360 Tours

360 tours, known as 3D scans, Matterport tours, and Zillow 3D tours, are gaining popularity in Lynchburg, and sellers are recognizing their significance as part of their marketing package. By taking advantage of this service, you can distinguish yourself from other realtors and stand out in serving your clients. Zillow displays homes with 3D tours, and 360° content is loved on social media. These scans provide potential buyers with an immersive experience as if they were inside the house. Additionally, we can create floor plans with measurements using these scans. We use Matterport service and software, and since we pay for each "space" monthly, our homes are available online for only one month after shooting. However, if you want your property to remain online for an extended period, there is a $10 per month fee. We can scan only one structure at a time, and we cannot include detached garages, apartments, workshops, etc. Each structure must have a separate scan.

Indoor drone flights are particularly beneficial for showcasing expansive properties with multiple acres or outbuildings.

Due to the increased time and attention required for larger homes, our pricing structure is based on the home's finished square footage, with a minimum charge of $200. For homes measuring 2,500 square feet or greater, an additional $50 is applied for every 500 square feet. Additionally, we schedule more time for larger homes to ensure that every detail is captured with care and precision.

Our packages comprise both interior and exterior shots of the home, along with FREE aerial drone shots of the property and surrounding land (subject to drone operations regulations and weather conditions).
We are available to shoot homes almost any day of the week, and our team will have the edited photos ready for you to upload to the MLS within 24 hours.
Our team's flexibility allows us to schedule same-day shoots in most cases.

Additional Services

360 Tour

$100
360 tours can be added on to our basic photo package. Offering a 360 tour to your potential buyers sets you apart as a realtor and allows your clients to tour a home right from the comfort of their phone! Because we pay for each “space” monthly, our homes are only available online for ONE month after shooting. If you would like your house to live online forever, there is a $10 a month fee.
Floor Plan

Our floor plans are accurately drawn and measured by hand using the 360 tour technology. To obtain a floor plan, you must also purchase a 360 tour. By having a floor plan, potential buyers can get an idea of the size of the rooms and how the house is laid out. It also verifies accurate measurements and square footage.
Highlight Video

$200
You can add videos to any package which are particularly useful for showcasing larger homes and land. Our videos can display lot lines, acreage, and square footage. They are typically 1-2 minutes long and do not include any people or vocal overlays. However, if you are interested in filming a walkthrough tour with a realtor or adding a voiceover, please check out our video packages on our services page.
Drone Flythrough Tour

$200

Our custom-built micro drone can capture footage both inside and outside your home, providing a unique perspective that is sure to catch people's attention. Please note that the ability to fly our drone is weather-dependent, and may not be available for all homes at all times at our discretion.
Off Hours & Rush Fee

$100
If you need a house photographed after 4pm or on the weekend, there is a $100 off-hours fee. We also offer “rush service” for an additional fee to receive your photos just three hours after shooting.
Additional Time Spent

$50
We allocate 15 minutes for every 500sqft of the home. If the home requires more time than the allotted duration, there may be an additional fee of $50. This may include a home with extensive acreage that we have to walk, or if we have to move excessive clutter. Additionally, if the home is not fully prepared upon our arrival, it may cause us to exceed the allocated time.
Travel Fee

$50+
There is an additional fee of $50 for homes that are more than 30 minutes away from downtown Lynchburg, and $100 for homes that are over an hour away. For homes that are more than an hour and a half away, please get in touch with us for pricing and availability.

We have the capability to develop a dedicated web page exclusively for your listing. This allows you to showcase all of your content in one centralized location.
