Our minimum cost for any project, whether it's a single photo or a one-second video, is $250, and we bill by the hour, rounding up to the nearest hour. This price includes the services of one photographer or videographer.
It's important to note that while this pricing gives you a general idea of our rates, it's not a guarantee and can vary depending on the specific project. Please keep in mind that these rates are for commercial work and do not apply to Real Estate or Headshots.

Photography Services
Photos are pretty straight forward. We charge $250 an hour and you receive an online downloadable gallery with the edited image.
Stock Photos
Our team specializes in providing high-quality images for a variety of purposes, including websites, Amazon listings, social media, and print marketing. Our images have been featured on websites and stores all over the internet. We offer the option of shooting on a white backdrop for a clean, professional look, or in natural settings for a more organic feel. Our studio is equipped with multiple colored backdrops to suit your needs. For projects that require models, specific locations, or video content, we partner with a local production company in Lynchburg to bring your vision to life.

Event Coverage
Over the past 7 years, event photography and video work has become a significant part of our business. We have covered a wide range of events, including ceremonies, celebrations, awards, concerts, and more. Our team can take photos, create a highlight video, or do both, depending on your needs. We offer candid photos and even a photo booth with fun props and lighting. Additionally, we can provide digital downloads and prints for all attendees. Our services also include highlight reels, interviews, and anything else necessary to capture your event perfectly. We have partnered with numerous businesses, including Georgia Pacific, Genworth, Commscope, BWXT, Pacific Life, High Point Furniture Market, World Help, and many others.
Video Services
Basic Video RECORDING
(editing is priced separately)

Includes:
One microphone.
Includes “normal” outdoor drone video.
Includes shooting the video but not editing.
Complete & approved storyboard / script required.
Natural light only.
Does not include a finished project, just the recording. Hourly rate begins when we arrive to setup, not necessarily just recording time. One hour minimum, rounded up to the full hour. Does not include lighting, sound design, or storyboarding.
Basic Video EDITING
(shooting is priced separate)

Our pricing covers the editing of the content we captured, but we can also edit footage that you provide. To ensure a faster editing process, it helps to be well-organized and provide clear instructions.
Basic editing does not include any animation, stock footage, sound design, or advanced editing.

Atelier Studio
We are the owners of Atelier Studio and it is a major advantage when it comes to shooting commercial projects. With options ranging from a solid white, black or colored background, to beautiful lighting for the models, Atelier has everything we need. We have worked with numerous companies in Lynchburg, providing images for magazines, billboards, and other marketing materials.
The use of our studio is not included with the below pricing unless written permission is given.

Combined Services
If your project requires both photo and video services for your project, our pricing remains at $250 per hour. You will only need to pay for the edited videos as usual. It's important to note that our pricing includes only one photographer or videographer, so capturing photos and videos of the same event simultaneously may not be feasible without additional personnel. If you require an extra photographer or videographer, the cost will be $250 per hour.
Audio Services
This service is ideal for radio commercials and includes 30 seconds of edited audio.

FPV Drone Operation
Mastering FPV drone operation is a highly specialized and challenging skill. FPV refers to first-person view, where we wear goggles to receive a live feed of the drone's camera. In most cases, any drone flown indoors or near people/buildings will be an FPV drone. These videos can be incredibly dynamic, engaging, and entertaining. However, it's important to note that audio design must be recorded and added separately to avoid hearing the drone motors and props in the footage.

Matterport Scan
360 scan
Add on a matterport scan to any service for $100 or do the scan on its own for $250.
There is a $10 monthly fee for every month you want the 360 tour to be live online after the first month.

It can take anything between 4-6 weeks for producing a commercial video. It may take more if there is a delay due to unforeseen situations such as shoot cancellation or improper client feedback. However, for larger or more complex projects, it can take upto 3 months or so. Let’s work towards achieving your business goals within time and budget.
